Tomorrow is National Coming Out Day 2008... NCOD is an initative talked on by the HRC ( Human Rights Campaign) promoting individauls to come out as you are and live a better life. Today at my school Francis Marion University (www.fmarion.edu) the FMU Gay Lesbian BiSexual Straight Alliance hosted our annual Coming Out Day... We had our Red Roof Tents in the Middle of the Crossroad of our Yard and I have to say we had an excellent turn out.
Starting the morning off, I was kind of hesitant being that I would be volunteering for the GLBSA especially since I had an inclination of becoming greek soon, however I said the hell with that and volunteered for something that I think was for a great cause not to mention I had a great time interacting with so many students. We had student come out as "Liking Boys," ..."Sex addicts," to some off the wall ones that I cant mention lol...
