Recent research has proven that the Cycle Beads are 95% more effective than the standard birth control.Victor Jennings a professor at Georgetown University Medical Center Institute for Reproductive Health says the method identifies the 12-day fertile window of a woman's menstrual cycle, taking into account the life span of an egg 24 hours and the viable life of sperm about five days. There are a total number of 32 beads, the brown beads represents when pregnancy is very unlikely, the white glow in the dark beads represent fertile days. I believe that this method could actually work because the days are broken down by the beads. What do you think?
