What a great and crazy semester! Thanks to the Great American Condom Campaign for making condom distribution possible on our campus!
Actually hearing from fellow students that they don't use condoms because they use the "pull out method" or because they "just don't like them" made me realize how important it is that we continue to have safe- fun- sex teach ins.
Before we started on this campaign, I thought that by the time we got through our first years of college most students would have debunked myths they learned about sex in high school; I learned different. The sex education (or lack of ) that we (don't) receive in high school can haunt us for the rest of our lives! That is why along with distributing condoms, it was so important to work on sex education legislation this semester. Some students from our campus were included in a sex ed video:
