Do you think CBS should air Tim Tebow's anti-choice ad during the Super Bowl?
Yes. As long as both sides have equal time.
No. CBS promised that it wouldn't air "advocacy ads" of any kind.
I don't care. Who's Tim Tebow?

Are you a gender-conforming person who wants to learn how to be a better ally to trans folks?  Do you like wit, humor, and snark?

Are you a trans person who is tired, tired, sickened, and tired of people asking invasive, horrifying, and stupid questions?

Well, Life Coach Charles and Life Coach Red have made a video just for you: "Transsexual Meditations: Intimate Questions? The Answers".

Life Coach Red and Life Coach Charles explore questions such as "What if you were born into the right body?", "What is your real name?", and "Have you had surgery?".  Their witty responses show any audience just how ridiculous and horrifying such questions are.

Whether you're a trans person who has to deal with such questions on a regular basis, a trans-ally who get's asked these questions about your friends/family/co-workers/lovers on behalf of them, someone who wants to brush up on your trans-ally-ship, or an octopus living in a human body (you'll have to watch the video to understand this reference), I guarantee that you'll get something out of this.

I was laughing so hard watching this. My bf even came out of the other room to see what I was watching. Honeslty this video totally made me crack up. It would be interesting to take a videocamera on the street and ask random people these same questions.

Thanks for making the video and amazing job on the editing. It looked like you guys spent lots of time on it.

-A fan,

Ernesto

I think it's really important to get to personally know people who are transgender and be informed before asking any questions that may offend anyone.

A good rule of thumb is to not ask anything that you wouldn't ask a non-trans person.
