A fabulous friend and colleague working in her home region of Central/Eastern Europe sent me this video - so I thought I'd pass it along. She is a volunteer sex educator with PONTON in Poland.
If you enjoy the castration/STI treatment as much as I do, maybe you'd like to join me in signing 15andCounting, a petition that will be presented to the UN to demand that governments act now to fulfill their promises on access to sexual and reproductive health services, education and information for all young people.

As much as I agree with you that this petition needs to be signed and action needs to be taken, politics is more complicated than that. Not only do we need to go through the legality of it all, but there is also a matter of relevance in regard to the cultures of All Young People we wish to help. It's the governments who have many different cultures and minorities to protect, ones that will have a problem with implementing sexual education, that are going to slow the prosses down. So, while I don't think this petition should be stopped nor do I disagree with it's purpose, I just don't want people to get the impression that asking governments to act now is going to get them the desired results at the desired time-frame. Look at sex education in the US... we're still having problems.
