Have you ever had anger clawing at the pit of your stomach. I have. It's hurting me as well. I get angry for no reason. It's not me. I'm not like that. Is it just my hormones going into overdrive. I don't want to be ill tempered or mean. I can't hurt anybody's feelings. What should i do?
I just wanted to stop by and say: the vast majority of people here can relate. There are times when we all feel flashes of strong anger.
Here's what has helped me in the past:
1) Examine the sources of the feeling if possible.
2) Find a trusted and understanding friend to talk to. Is there anyone that you can talk to? More exactly, is there anyone that can sit down with you and **hear** you out? Having a good listener on the other end has always helped me process my thoughts...
