At my college, which is very conservative, they had a educational bourd up about condoms!!! It even included detachable condoms!! The students loved the board and all of the condoms were gone by the next morning!

They even put condoms all over a tree!! I was so excited when  I saw the progress that we are making in such a small conservative town!
