 I hope the school really does start to offer them comprehensive sex education, because that's what they need.

 I don't think you can solely place the blame on education or lack of birth control options, because some of those girls are basically creating pregnancy pacts with each other, according to the story. Clearly something needs to happen to change the attitudes of these girls. I feel bad for the children.
