My plans are finally gettign to begin. I am going on Tuesday to speak at a local shool & will walk with some goodies. The picture on the bottom is showing what I'll be walking with. The condoms will be in the envelope with the Condom Fact Sheet pieces, Trogan Condom Instrcutions and an additional paper that I have with local rates, issues & tips.  I will be speaking about teen pregnancy, safe sex and where help can be found.  I am working to get to speak at the other schools. I am extremely interested in doing all I can in regards to the issue within the island. My work definetly won't stop here. I'll let you know about my feed back & will add pics.

I have been on St.Croix USVI from since I was born. I did get my first pregnancy at age 14, then another one at 15 and my last at 19. I have learned my things through out the past 6 years of my life & have learned most things the hard way. I do hope to be able to help others teens from going into pregnancy as young as I did.  Yes, everything turned out well for me. I got married 6 years ago. Much girls don't get that luck & end up having more problems than what I had. I would like to get involved in guide teens here on taking a right or at least a safe path to what now society see's as a normal teen mom. I do believe that more should be done & plan to try to do something about. I have already started speaking with a senator about the issue.
My problems here comes in when I do want to do something about it on this amplify website & I am not able to since St.Croix or the Virgin Islands are not listed. That has my hands tied & hopefully some one could help me find a way around it. I am getting fustrated. Any one that could help, let me know.
