So apparently if you want to label or self-identify yourself as a STUD you must have your membership approved by those in the STUD CLUB, and if you do not follow these rules you will be kicked out:
RULE 1: CANNOT PERM HAIR OR WEAR WEAVE
This presents it's self as a problem because your physical appearance shouldn't determine who you are on the inside, REMEBER! DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!
RULE2: YOU CANT HAVE LONG NAILS
Well I understand this rule because it prevents accidents during sexual activities like fingering but is it that serious?
RULE 3: CANT WEAR GIRL CLOTHES
WAIT A MINUTE aren't we GIRLS?
RULE 4: CANT BE SENSITIVE OR SHOW FEELINGS
Wow, I thought real men cried. So shouldnt studs be able to as well????
RULE 5: NO MAKE UP EVER! NO ARCHED EYEBROWS!
RULE 6: CAN'T GET HEAD
Lmao.... now these are just some crazy things that I have heard and seen studs use when they call someone out on not being a STUD!
Why do we continue to discriminate amongst eachother within the lesbian community. People just want to fit in and fill apart. We are already discriminated against by heterosexuals so why hold people to these extremely high standards to fit into certain label. People are so quick to throw you out the STUD CLUB soon as you do anything girly. We are all still girls. And should be able to wear our hair or clothes how we want, because being a stud is not just about what you wear but your personality, your demeanor, your role in your relationship.
STOP KICKING PEOPLE OUT OF THE STUD CLUB!!!!!!
Everytime a stud does something remotely girl she is thrown out the "STUD CLUB" whether its wearing a perm, wearing weave, or arching they're eyebrows. We are still women, its natural for Studs to sometimes want to do feminine things, and we shouldn't be chastised for it, thats so misogynistic. STUDS are praticing and embracing the same sexist ideas, that heterosexual men put on women.
Most people associate me with a stud based on my appearance. I dress in mainly boy clothes and the occassional girly business suite and I wear boxers, so its quite visually apparent to people that I am gay, and its keeps certain dudes from approaching me, but personality wise I'm have alot of giry characteristics. I have a soft voice and large upper body features. So feminism is apparent as well. But I love hanging around fems. Hanging with studs always makes me feel as if i'm hanging with the boys! and honestly, I AM A LESBIAN, I DONT LIKE BOYS! I dont want to be around hard-core studs who only differ from men because of their vagina and breast. I feel that being a stud shouldnt be based on how well you imitate a man but how you incorporate having a very masculine personality and demeanor while embracing your femininity and the beauty of a woman.
