Here are the final two ads released by the ‘No on 1’ campaign. The first was released on Thursday and the second on Friday. It will be “clear how much they differ from the hypocritical fear-mongering that the ‘Yes on 1’ campaign felt compelled to use for their last two ads, which can be seen HERE and HERE.

These final two ads summarize what the ‘No’ campaign has been about from day one- fairness and equality for every committed Maine couple, regardless of their sexual orientation, and equal protections for their families.

Every ‘No on 1’ ad has featured real Maine families- the real people whose neighbors, co-workers, family members, and friends will be voting on their rights. Tonight must be a pretty stressful night for them, but I would imagine that it’s comforting to know that their side of the campaign is representing them with honest integrity and beautiful ads.
