Alaska Action Alert: Vote No on Ballot Measure 2, Tuesday, Aug. 24

On Alaska's primary ballot, there will be a measure on the ballot which will shift consent for an abortion for those under 18 to the parents:

The measure would forbid a minor from getting an abortion without a doctor informing at least one parent before moving forward with the procedure. The proposal also includes enforcing legal penalties on doctors who perform abortions on minors without consent of the minor's parents.
