Wow.

My school has been doing the GACC for about two months now.

And what a responce we've gotten! It makes me wonder,  and worry, what the students did before the CFs (or at other schools, known as RAs) starting putting condoms outside their door!

I distrubted the condoms equally for each CF and we decided to target freshmen, because we felt that they may be the most shy about getting their own condoms.

A few of the CFs put a bukcket outside their door, others distributed to their residents, and others, like myself, tape 1-2 on my door. I even wrote notes on my dry erase board like "If you think our floor is loud now, imagine how it'd be with a BABY" (PS: And, to our knowledge, nobody has used the condoms for balloons...or anything like that)

My residents have thanked me for having condoms, and it really comforts me that they can just come and grab one, and leave. I think the process is also opening them up to be..well.. open about sexual health. Hopefully this will lead them to be able to go to the nurse and pick some up, or even, go to the store and buy them for themselves.

I go to Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA-- it's a huge theatre arts and dancing school. So, we have a very high population of gay people... we probably have more gay men then straight. And it really makes me wonder why our school doesn't target safe sex more.

Ohh well!

Hope I gave everyone some helpful hints!
