The Great American Condom Campaign is a youth-led grassroots movement to make the U.S. a sexually healthy nation. Each year, GACC members give out 1,000,000 Trojan Brand condoms at colleges across the United States, educate their peers about sexual health, and organize to improve the policies that affect young people's health and lives. Please note: This program is open to college students in the United States between the ages of 18 and 29.

why does it say the deadline has been extened to sunday the 28th when the 28th isnt a sunday, and when you follow the link it says the application is closed even though it is before the 28th? is the 28th a typo and it meant to say the 18th?
